Colorado | Remote Online Notary Law

Colorado authorizes its notaries to perform online notarizations pursuant to Colo. Rev. Stat. §§ 24-21-506 & 24-21-514.5.

In addition, Colorado recognizes online notarizations that are properly performed by notaries of other states. The applicable interstate recognition laws are Colo. Rev. Stat. §§ 24-21-511, 38-30-126, & 38-35-105.
